Lacey's Living
Seeing it Like it IS!

My name is Lacey Heward and THIS is what I am all about.

Singing:
My singing carreer has ranged everywhere from singing with Patti LaBelle at the closing cerimonies of the Paralympic Winter Games in 2002, to singing with my grandmother's piano playing at age 3. Right now I have a couple songs recorded I would be happy to share with you on
MySpace. You can find out my concert schedule, how you can purchase my demo and much more at my MySpace page.

Speaking:
I've been asked more times than I can count to share my story. It's a story about my journey of tragidy, hope, and triumph. I have shared this story with many groups including but not limited to schools children of all ages, business groups, Women's recovery groups, disabled veterans, hospitals, and many many more. I love it! It brings me great joy that my life experience can bring hope to others. Find out more on the
speaking page.

Skiing:
I raced on the US Disabled Ski Team for 5 years. I won Two Bronze Medals in the 2002 Paralympics and Won World Champion in Downhill in 2004. It was one of the most challenging and amazing experiences of my life! Check out my ski photo album and journal on the
Skiing page.

Living:
I've been married now for 3 years to my wonderful husband, Benjamin Thompson. We have an adorable but challenging two year old dog named Radar, and we live in Idaho. We're working on lots of different projects and having fun doing them. You can find out more about my personal life on my
blog.
